Groups stay in rooms reserved exclusively for their participants. This makes supervision easier for group leaders, helps keep the group together and contributes to a more relaxed and well-organised stay.

The rooms assigned to your group are exclusively yours: no other guests will share them with you. We can’t always guarantee that all rooms will be on the same floor, as this depends on the property and the time of year. If this is important to you, let us know in your request and we’ll tell you straight away what we can arrange.

In rooms separate from the rest of the group — doubles, or singles where available. You can book them together with the rest of the group in the same request.

We try to keep them close to the students’ rooms, but we can’t guarantee it: it depends on the layout of the property and occupancy during your stay. If this is a requirement rather than a preference, let us know in your request. We’ll tell you what we can offer before you make any commitments.

Not always: it depends on the proposal you receive. However, breakfast is available at all our properties and for every group — if it isn’t already included, it can be added.

Breakfast room capacity varies from property to property. If your group is larger, we’ll split breakfast into two sittings and organise everything for you. You can find the number of available seats on each property’s information page.

Yes, and it varies from city to city. In many destinations, students under a certain age are exempt, while in some municipalities school groups travelling for educational purposes receive a 50% reduction. It is normally paid at check-in. If you need it to appear on the invoice, we can arrange that, but in this case it must be paid in advance together with the rest of the booking.

Yes, €10 per person. It is collected at check-in in cash or through a pre-authorisation on a card and is returned at departure provided there is no damage.

We’ll send you an Excel file to fill in with the room allocation for each guest. Send it back to us no later than 10 days before arrival and we’ll take care of the rest.

If something changes at the last minute, we can sort it out — it happens all the time and it’s never a problem. Just keep in mind that once the rooming list has been submitted, the original room allocations can no longer be guaranteed, and major changes may affect complimentary places and rates.

Check-in is from 2:30 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Breakfast is served from 7:30 AM to 11:00 AM, and if your group is leaving at dawn, we can prepare a takeaway breakfast from 6:00 AM — just let us know in advance.

Each property has a different breakfast room capacity. If your group is larger, we’ll organise two breakfast sittings and take care of everything for you.

Lunch, dinner, lunch boxes for days out, coffee breaks, aperitifs and group dinners.

Vegetarian and vegan options are no problem. For gluten-free requirements, we do our best, but availability depends on our suppliers and we can’t always guarantee it.

Please let us know about all dietary requirements in writing at least 7 business days before arrival. With less notice, we may not be able to accommodate them. We prefer to be clear about this from the start: our kitchens are not certified allergen-free and we cannot completely rule out cross-contamination. If someone in the group has a severe allergy, please talk to us so we can find the safest solution together.

Each property has its own coach drop-off point and parking area. We’ll include the details in your proposal, together with the walking time from the hostel entrance.

Yes. Luggage storage is available on request and subject to the space available at each property. Let us know when you book so we can plan ahead: for large groups, the required space needs to be arranged in advance. The same applies to bikes and sports equipment where needed.

In eight cities, we also have self-service smart lockers, available 24/7 in four different sizes, with no reservation required. They’re handy if someone wants to keep their belongings separate after check-out, or if their train leaves several hours later. The lockers are available for a fee and can be used directly from your phone.
