The Beretta trail: characterized by a length of 10 km and an uphill elevation gain of 450 meters.
The Manie Plateau: characterized by a length of 11 km and an uphill elevation gain of 280 meters.
From Giogo di Toirano to Colle del Melogno: can be traversed in about 5 hours with an elevation gain of 600 meters. The trail is recommended in spring and autumn.

Rocca di Perti: A typically winter cliff, characterized by 15 pitches ranging from 15 to 30 meters in length.
Bric Scimarco: Winter cliff featuring 18 pitches ranging from 10 to 25 meters in length.
Placca dei Maleducati: A spring cliff with 45 routes and inclinations of all kinds.
Bocca di Bacco: A summer cliff, it is a cave characterized by large holds with routes that overhang to the point of often becoming roofs in the last meters.
Rian Cornei: A summer-autumn cliff, with 32 pitches ranging from 10 to 22 meters in length.
Rocca di Corno: Winter sector, with 11 routes that develop within a large red cave.
Lacremà: Very low vertical wall, characterized by 11 pitches around 20 meters long.

Altopiano delle Manie: Flying here isn’t too difficult, but it’s best to know how to handle the wing if the wind picks up.
Semaforo take-off at Le Manie: It’s not very large, allowing only one pilot to take off at a time, but it has a perfect slope. With the right conditions, you can fly all the way to the tip of Capo Noli, above the town, or even to Spotorno.
Verezzi: It has a fairly large take-off area, where two or three wings can take off simultaneously, and ends on a small cliff. You can land comfortably on the beach of Finale.

Sailing adapts to the constantly changing winds here in Finale Ligure, but thanks to the consistent conditions, you can sail all year round. Capo San Donato’s port is the starting point for sailing activities. There are several clubs that organize regattas, courses, and even small cruises with experienced skippers. You can take day trips to the islands of Bergeggi and Gallinara, or even two-day trips to Portofino and Santa Margherita. If you’re adventurous, you can even cross over to Corsica!

Here, there are excellent conditions for practising kitesurfing, especially in winter when the Tramontana wind blows strong for weeks on end. Thanks to the long beaches that characterize the area, Finale Ligure has been a reference point for the spread of this sport.

Finale beach is just the right place for more experienced surfers. During the summer, when the thermal wind (Levante) blows, it becomes perfect even for those who want to try this sport for the first time. If you’re looking for a famous spot for kitesurfing, you must absolutely check out Noli, especially in the winter season when the winds create perfect conditions for some really fun slaloms.

The presence of cliffs like those of Capo Noli and various wrecks and shallows in the area have made scuba diving very popular here, offering dive sites for all levels and many specialized centres in this sport.

Diving schools provide all the necessary assistance for safe dives and organize numerous courses using the PADI teaching method. You can engage in various activities such as night diving, deep diving, and marine life observation.

Diving is possible all year round. Starting from the port of Capo San Donato in Finale, where you can also rent the necessary equipment, the best dive sites are located between the islands of Bergeggi and Gallinara.

The best times for engaging in this sport here in Finale Ligure are in autumn and early spring when southeast and southwest winds blow. Thanks to disturbances and particular weather conditions, perfect waves are created in some points of the coast, ideal for surfing. The best spots are found in Varigotti at the Bay of the Saracens and at the Port of Finale Ligure.
