You arrive, drop your bags, walk into the kitchen. Someone is already cooking — pasta, vegetables, olive oil, all free, all there. The kitchen opens onto the terrace: that's often where friendships start, before the evening even begins. Then you head down to the bar. The bar is open 24h and the staff are the first to break the ice. No need to organise anything — just show up and the night takes care of itself.
