● Manage online booking and phone reservations in a professional way, due to company standards
● Data entry in our PMS system (Mews)
● Produce quotations and written confirmations
● Archive every written documentation
● Define quotations, in close cooperation with the Revenue Manager, basing on occupancy rate and company goals
● Keep positive trade relations with company's partners
● Try to upsell different services (packet lunch, meeting room, experiences...)
● Cordinate and manage local partners in order to create packages for guests
